Pour gelatin into a medium bowl and stir in boiling water. Stir for 2 minutes, until all of the gelatin is dissolved.
Add enough ice to the cold water to make 1 cup. Stir into the gelatin until it is slightly thickened and the ice is melted.
Stir in 1 1/2 cups of the whipped topping and yogurt and mix until smooth. Fold in 1/2 cup of the strawberries. Cover and refrigerate for 10 to 14 minutes, or until mixture begins to set.
Spoon into Graham Wafer Crust. Refrigerate for 4 hours, or until firm. Garnish with the remaining 1/2 cup strawberries and the remaining 1/2 cup whipped topping.
