Orange Glazed Ham Recipe

 1 14-16 lb. spiral ham
 1/4 cup water
 1/4 cup low-sugar orange juice
 1 zested orange
 1 cup golden monk fruit
 ½ tsp dry mustard
 ½ tsp mustard
 ½–1 tsp ground cloves
 8 cloves garlic chopped or crushed
 Black pepper to taste
Orange Glaze:

Use a small saucepan and add the juice, water and golden monk fruit. Heat until monk fruit is dissolved.

Next, add the garlic, mustard and all the other ingredients into a food processor. Blend thoroughly.

Divide the glaze into 2 small bowls.

Baking Spiral Ham:

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.

Place spiral ham in a baking pan.

Add water to the pan.

Put a meat thermometer in ham.

Pour one small bowl of glaze over the top and sides of the ham, including in-between the slices if possible.

Cover tightly with foil, making sure to expose the thermometer.

Cook for 90 minutes, then take off the foil and baste. Apply the rest of the glaze on the sides, top, and between slices.

Put ham back in the oven and wait for the thermometer to reach 140 degrees; approximately 90 more minutes.

Remove from oven and rest for 15-20 minutes to allow the juices to be absorbed into the meat.

Next, carve the ham and serve.
