Insulet OmniPod® DASH Pump
Say goodbye to manual injections with the Omnipod DASH® Insulin Management System. This wearable pod provides 72 hours or 3 days of continuous insulin delivery. Unlike bulky tubed insulin pumps that are typically worn on a belt or waistband, the Omnipod DASH is a tubeless device that attaches directly to the body. Also known as a patch pump, Omnipod DASH is easy to use and designed for individuals living with Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes.
This Omnipod insulin pump consists of two parts: the lightweight and waterproof pods and Personal Diabetes Manager (PDM). The PDM, a small handheld device similar to a smartphone, easily communicates with the insulin pod via Bluetooth for seamless insulin management.
Use the PDM’s bolus calculator to easily determine insulin dosage or create bolus presets that you can label and save for repeated use. There is also a CalorieKing® integration which includes a library of 80,000 foods.
Compatible with any rapid-acting insulin, each pod comes with a fill needle/syringe to easily dispense insulin into the reservoir. Discreetly and safely program insulin delivery anytime with Omnipod DASH.
