Failure to use FreeStyle Libre 2 or FreeStyle Libre 3 systems as instructed in labeling may result in missing a severe low or high glucose event and/or making a treatment decision, resulting in injury. If glucose alarms and readings do not match symptoms or expectations, use a fingerstick value from a blood glucose meter for treatment decisions. Taking more than 1000 mg of Vitamin C daily may cause your Sensor readings to appear higher than they actually are, which could lead you to overlook a serious low glucose event. Vitamin C is present in various supplements, including multivitamins and cold remedies like Airborne® and Emergen-C®. We encourage you to consult your healthcare professional to understand how long Vitamin C remains active in your body.
